The breakfast was GREAT with good choice of dishes. We enjoyed the room. Maramba cultural village was close to the hotel, only 1 mile.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel! The location was simply breathtaking, with the Zambezi river right next to it. The stunning views made for some amazing photos. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I loved that there were regular and free shuttle transfers to both the city center and the famous Victoria Falls. From my room, I could even spot monkeys and a hippo on the terrace. It was truly an amazing experience!
Couldn't stay longer.

My wife and I had a fantastic honeymoon stay at this remote and beautiful hotel on the Zambezi river. The stunning location allowed us to see loads of wildlife while sitting at the bar, including a wandering hippo in the nearby lake. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel special throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, especially the omelette station where we had fun creating our own delicious omelettes. The beds were super comfy and the pool was a nice place to relax. We also enjoyed the reasonable drink prices and the resident hippo, Harry, strutting his stuff in the evenings.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The shuttle service and information from the staff were highly appreciated. The location is breathtaking, with a happy hour at the bar and a speechless sunset cruise. So much more to rave about!
Felt like they were family, no complaints whatsoever.

Missing little touches to make it special.

The riverfront location was amazing, offering beautiful views and stunning sunsets. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and willing to help. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious.
The rooms were starting to look tired and in need of some maintenance. There were a lot of mosquitoes and bugs, which made it difficult to enjoy the balcony or even stay in the room.

The location of the lodge was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the river. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and efficient service throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner options offered at the lodge. Additionally, the lodge offered a variety of activities, such as a sunset boat cruise on the river, which was a truly magical experience.
One thing to note is that there was a 10% service charge added to each food and drink bill, which we found misleading as we assumed it would go towards the wait staff but it actually went to the business. However, we were able to show our appreciation by giving the staff gratuities in cash directly.
